Set down ,my feet still sore from that race.
Ordered a sorbet cramberry to ease my painfull throad.

Waved the dinner card away it still hurted to much for warm or hot food.

After a great day (I won  Grin ) I check out the local restaurants, searching a  rich and delicous dinner.

Congratulations with you're finals on the 500meters..
Don't bother about having become 9th..in this field that has been a more than outstamding preforemans.

We here will allowe ourselves the luxery of opening a good bottle of Chatteaux Mors on you're verry good health.
